Well, I can't make up for lost time, so I will do a quick recap and try to post pictures of last fall, winter, and spring to catch you up.
Fall: Of course most of our weekends were spent at football and soccer fields. Maddox enjoyed his first season of soccer playing for the purple pirates...a fun time was had by all. We cheered on the blue devils to a few wins. And we even made it up to DC for a KC Chiefs game, in the freezing cold. Fred and Karylnn came out for Thanksgiving and I treated us all to a wonderful feast.
Winter: We finally all made it back to KS for Christmas (Evin was stuck in NYC due to snow, but finally made it). We celebrated first in Sublette and then on to Claflin. It was great to see everyone back home. Once we got back to NC, it was time for Maddox's birthday. He enjoyed a party at Marbles museum with all of his friends! Erica and Sheila also made a visit out to NC in January; it was great spending time with them and they even got to see a Duke win!
Spring: Spring is a time for change, which was definitely true for our family this year. Evin accepted a job at Ole Miss, so we packed up and moved down south. When it came time to leave, I think we realized how much we had grown to love Durham. We are now getting settled in Oxford, MS. Evin is enjoying his new job, and I am currently job hunting. Maddox and I are loving our time together, meeting new friends, going to the library, and playing at the park. We are currently in a furnished condo, but just signed on building a new house! We are excited to watch the transformation begin. (keep updated at http://www.leggittconstruction.com/windsor/NewOwnersPage.htm)
